Engraving machine common fault analysis

The engraving machine is a commonly used machine for engraving plates. It is possible that the machine may have problems. The common problems of the engraving machine are as follows:

1. The spindle and the table are not perpendicular; if the spindle and the table are not perpendicular, the problem is that the pattern is engraved and the depth is different, so the correction should be made when the spindle and the table are not perpendicular. The reason for this is the problem with the tool or the problem with the control card, which can be adjusted after the cause is identified.

2. The spindle drive sound of the engraving machine is not normal. When this happens, consider whether there is a problem with the Z-axis drive or the Z-axis screw. The solution is to determine if the spindle is rotating and to check the settings of the drive. An abnormal sound will appear when the spindle is stopped or the inverter is set incorrectly.

3. The engraving machine moves in the opposite direction to the origin of the machine. The cause of this phenomenon is likely to be due to damage to the spindle itself or problems with the bearing. The solution is to modify the wiring direction of the inverter or adjust the direction of the motor.

4. The engraving machine cannot return to the original point normally. When this happens, you should consider the cause of the control card failure, limit switch failure, drive failure and motor failure, and then do a check.
