It is necessary to clean the dust on the platform and the transmission system, and regularly and weekly (weekly) lubricate the transmission system (X, Y, Z three axes). (Note: X, Y, Z three-axis polished rods are maintained with oil; high-speed butter is added to the screw; in winter, if the working environment temperature is too low, the screw, polished rod (square rail or circular guide) should be cleaned with gasoline first. Then add the oil, otherwise it will cause the resistance of the machine transmission part to be too large and cause the machine to be misaligned.)

Motor parameters: If the three axes are all screw drive machines, if the lead is 10, the motor parameter is 0.00625. If the lead is 5, the motor parameter is 0.003125; if the X and Y axes are rack drive, the Z axis is wire. For the bar drive machine, the motor parameters of the X and Y axes are all 0.0098175. The Z axis parameter is determined according to the lead lead. If the lead is 10, the motor parameter is 0.00625. If the lead is 5, the motor parameter is 0.003125.
